In the nostalgic village of Candelo, after it's Italian namesake, a cottage awaits.

Circa 1870, Ellington Grove has seen the years pass, memories bound as shadows across her walls and so we would like to return her to you in her revived form; the golden age of jazz and sweet cigars, a tribute to Candelo's much loved music and arts scene.

"If you are looking for the perfect mid winter getaway... this is it! Pack that book you've been meaning to read and enjoy this beautiful space from days gone by... We will definitely be back."

~ Di

Nestled in a grove of twisted willows and giant eucalyptus trees, this historic cottage will be all yours. With two queen bedrooms, the space is appropriate for four occupants, as friends or couples retreat or have the whole place to yourself! Ellington Grove sleeps four adults very comfortably.

"Every detail of this beautiful cottage is so well thought out. From the beautiful décor, art, beautifully curated books and magazines to the gorgeous linen sheets, comfy bed and couches, fireplaces set and ready to go, every detail is perfect! We loved the outdoor bath, the firepit, the fluffy robes and selection of games. Thank you! We will be back."

Hardwood floors and slate tiles run the expanse of the house. Two functional fireplaces stocked with firewood for those winter nights and pure french linen bedding will give you the dreamiest night's sleep. Designed with the jazz age in mind, pressed metal walls and luxurious arm chairs line the space, not to mention two gorgeous deep velvet lounges to sink into next to the fire.

"What a delight. Beautiful atmosphere and colours... a warm feeling of love in the whole place... we fell in love with Candelo , can't wait to return."
